Industrial lighting component. Lit Solution!

The industrial lighting component assembly was designed for the customer using several sheet metal
parts that have been stamped, formed, and fastened together. The assembly consists of a rectangular-
shaped frame made of sheet metal that serves as the base for the light fixture.

A frustum shaped/cylindrical-shaped metal enclosure made of sheet metal is bolted to the frame to house the light bulb.

Two sheet metal strips with perforations are also provided to the frame to hold the enclosure in
place. The strips are bent to form an L-shape for ease of mounting.
The assembly also includes a sheet metal reflector that is stamped and formed to fit inside the
cylindrical-shaped metal enclosure. The reflector is designed to direct the light from the bulb to the
desired area.
